The legally issued executive bonds fulfill all their conditions set by the law, and are subject to execution through directorates. procedures may encounter some impediment that affect normal course of procedures, which lead stopping or delaying execution. what represent law explicitly requires delay implementation if they available. Among these symptoms is suspended for giving competent court hear case power suspend this suspension not.
